The LG K61 is a little bit better than Galaxy J7 Refine, with a 77.6 score against 72.7. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the LG K61 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version, so it gives some nice extra features and a performance increase. Although the LG K61 is a bit heavier than the Galaxy J7 Refine, it's just a little thinner and newer.
