LG Q8 has a score of 77.2, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine's score of 72.7. LG Q8 is an older phone than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, but it is lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Q8 has the previous 7.0 Nougat version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The LG Q8 has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with more RAM.
