The OPPO Find X2 Neo has a general score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy J7 Refine's global score of 72.7. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the OPPO Find X2 Neo has the older 10 version while Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo. The OPPO Find X2 Neo design is newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy J7 Refine.
