Galaxy A34 is much better than the Galaxy J7 Refine, having an 82.9 score against 72.7. Galaxy A34 is a thinner and way lighter device than Galaxy J7 Refine. These phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A34 has the previous 13 version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy A34 features a better looking display than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400, a bigger screen and a better amount of pixels per display inch.
