Samsung Galaxy A51 has an overall score of 85.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine's 72.7 global score. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy A51 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Samsung Galaxy A51 design is newer, a little lighter and just a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine.
The Galaxy A51 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a bigger screen and a way higher display pixels density. The Galaxy A51 counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 96 GB more internal memory.
