Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 has a global score of 87.5, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine's global score of 72.7. Galaxy A71's body is newer, just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine. Both devices in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A71 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy A71 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a lot higher 1080 x 2400px resolution, a greater amount of pixels per inch of screen and a larger display. Galaxy A71 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy J7 Refine, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy A71 also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 features much more storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A71 features better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
The Galaxy A71 takes greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photos or video in low light environments, it also counts with a lot larger sensor which gives a way better image and video quality, a much higher resolution back camera and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
