The Galaxy M12 is better than the Galaxy J7 Refine, with a global score of 80 against 72.7. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M12 has the older 10 version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although the Galaxy M12 is a lot newer than Galaxy J7 Refine, it is thicker and somewhat heavier.
