The Samsung Galaxy M20 has a brighter screen than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a bit bigger screen, a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and much more pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy M20 counts with a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a way better battery duration than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
Galaxy J7 Refine counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a same resolution camera and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy J7 Refine also has a larger aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited environments and a bigger back-facing camera sensor.
