The Xperia Z5 Premium has a score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than Galaxy J7 Refine's score of 72.7. The Xperia Z5 Premium body is just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner than Galaxy J7 Refine, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
