Xiaomi 12S Ultra is better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, getting a general score of 81 against 72.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi 12S Ultra has the older 12 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo. Xiaomi 12S Ultra's design is a lot lighter and noticeably thinner than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a much higher quantity of pixels per screen inch and a bigger display.
