Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a score of 76.6, which is slightly better than Galaxy J7 Refine's 72.7 overall score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 body is newer than Galaxy J7 Refine's, but it is a little bit heavier and just a little thicker. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has 10 version and Galaxy J7 Refine has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 Refine, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a more vivid display than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a bigger screen and more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy J7 Refine, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has just a bit bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy J7 Refine, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
