Asus ROG Phone 5s is much better than the Galaxy J7 Star, getting an 84.9 score against 73.1. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 5s has an older 12 version and Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Asus ROG Phone 5s body is a lot newer, but notably heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy J7 Star.
