The HTC U23 Pro is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, having a global score of 77.8 against 73.1. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has the older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though the HTC U23 Pro is extremely newer than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, it's just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Star features a much more powerful CPU than HTC U23 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. HTC U23 Pro has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has more pixels per display inch, a lot higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bigger display.
The HTC U23 Pro has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. HTC U23 Pro shoots slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a much better 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
HTC U23 Pro has a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a 4600mAh battery size.
