LG Q70 has a general score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than Galaxy J7 Star's score of 73.1. LG Q70's construction is newer and just a little thinner than the Galaxy J7 Star's, although it's also a bit heavier. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the LG Q70 has 10 version and Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The LG Q70 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG Q70 also has more RAM. LG Q70 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a lot better 1080 x 2310 pixels resolution, a larger display and a greater pixels number in each inch of screen.
