Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has an overall score of 85.3, which is much better than Galaxy J7 Star's general score of 73.1. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has an older 11 version and Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie. Microsoft Surface Duo 2's construction is newer and a lot thinner than Galaxy J7 Star's, although it's also noticeably heavier.
