The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, getting a global score of 79.8 against 73.1. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G has older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
