The OPPO Find X3 Neo has a global score of 76, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star's general score of 73.1. Both phones we compare here come with Android operating system, but the OPPO Find X3 Neo has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.
