Comparison review

Galaxy J8 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, with a score of 76.7 against 73.1. Even when Galaxy J8 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Star were released with only a couple of months difference, Galaxy J8 is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy J8 has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Galaxy J8 has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a little bigger screen, a bit higher resolution of 720 x 1480 pixels and a quite greater screen density. Galaxy J8 counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory.

The Galaxy J8 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy J8 also has 2 GB more RAM.
