Comparison review
The Galaxy On7 Prime has a general score of 76.9, which is slightly better than Galaxy J7 Star's score of 73.1. Even though the Galaxy On7 Prime and Galaxy J7 Star were only released 6 months apart, the Galaxy On7 Prime is just a little lighter and a bit thinner. Both of these phones include the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System).
Galaxy On7 Prime counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have a same size display, the Galaxy On7 Prime also has a way better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a lot better pixels density. Galaxy On7 Prime has a bit better performance than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy On7 Prime also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy On7 Prime's camera is very similar to the camera in Galaxy J7 Star, and although the Galaxy On7 Prime has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures and video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, a 13 MP back facing camera, a same size sensor and the same 30 fps video frame rates.
Galaxy On7 Prime features a greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB against 400 GB, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy On7 Prime's battery life is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star one.
