Galaxy J7 Star is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a 73.1 score against 70.8. The Galaxy J7 Star construction has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S III, but it is heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy J7 Star has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.1.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy S III counts with a sharper display than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 720, the Samsung Galaxy S III also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display.
