Comparison review

The Galaxy S5 Sport is a bit better than Galaxy J7 Star, with a 77.8 score against 73.1. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S5 Sport has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy S5 Sport is a much older and a little thicker device than the Galaxy J7 Star, but Samsung managed to build it lighter anyway.

Galaxy S5 Sport counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has less CPU cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a graphics processor. The Galaxy S5 Sport features a much sharper display than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a much better pixels number per inch of display.

The Galaxy S5 Sport counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a back-facing camera with more mega pixels and a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality photographs and videos.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Star features much more storage for applications and games than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 400 GB and 32 GB internal memory. The Galaxy J7 Star has superior battery duration than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

Although Galaxy S5 Sport is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S5 Sport, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, letting go some features and specifications.
