Comparison review

The Galaxy S6 is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, getting a general score of 87.4 against 73.1. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy S6 construction is noticeably thinner and lighter than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, although it was released 3 years before.

Galaxy S6 has a superior processor than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also has a 64-bit processor, 1 GB more RAM memory and a graphics co-processor. The Galaxy S6 features a much better looking display than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater screen pixels density and a much better 2560 x 1440 resolution.

Galaxy S6 counts with a bit bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Galaxy S6 shoots clearer videos and photos than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting photos and video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a camera in the back with a better resolution, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a bigger back camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.

Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy J7 Star, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
