Comparison review

Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, with an 80.1 score against 73.1. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has older 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the Galaxy XCover FieldPro is newer than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, it is thicker and way heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a lot better display than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher pixels count per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Star shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier sensor capturing worse quality photos and videos and a tinier aperture, and they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star also counts with a back-facing camera with more megapixels.

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has 64 GB internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, resigning a couple specs and features.
