Sony Xperia 1 V has an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a much better 1644 x 3840px resolution, a much higher display pixel density and a larger display. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Star counts with a very superior processing unit than Sony Xperia 1 V, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Xperia 1 V has a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Xperia 1 V features a greater camera than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a way higher resolution camera in the back, a lot bigger sensor which gives a lot higher photo and video quality and a way better 3840x2160 video definition.
Xperia 1 V features a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
