Xiaomi Mi 9 has a general score of 83.2, which is better than Galaxy J7 Star's 73.1 overall score. Even when Xiaomi Mi 9 and the Galaxy J7 Star were released with only 8 months difference, Xiaomi Mi 9 is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner. The Xiaomi Mi 9 features a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 features an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a much better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, much more pixels per inch of display and a bigger screen.
