Google Pixel 8 Pro is better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), having a score of 80.1 against 71.9. The Google Pixel 8 Pro body is much lighter and incredibly thinner than Galaxy J7 V (2018). Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Google Pixel 8 Pro has the older 13 version and Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo.

The Galaxy J7 V (2018) features a very superior CPU than Google Pixel 8 Pro, because although it has 10 GB less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. Google Pixel 8 Pro features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a bigger display, a much better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a much higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.

Galaxy J7 V (2018) features a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 8 Pro, although it has a lot worse 13 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera. Google Pixel 8 Pro counts with a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.

Google Pixel 8 Pro has a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a 5100mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
