Microsoft Surface Duo is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), having a score of 78.8 against 71.9. Microsoft Surface Duo's construction is extremely newer and thinner, but also incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018). These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Duo has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a lot better 1800 x 2700 pixels resolution, a way higher pixels density and a much bigger screen.
