The Moto Z3 features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Moto Z3 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Moto Z3 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a much greater pixel density, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a little bit bigger display.
The Motorola Moto Z3 has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto Z3 takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs and videos in poorly lited situations and a camera in the back with less mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) features just a little bit longer battery performance than Moto Z3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Moto Z3 costs more money than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
