Moto Z3 Play has a score of 76.3, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s 71.9 global score. Although the Moto Z3 Play and the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) were only released with a couple months difference, the Moto Z3 Play is notably thinner and lighter. Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a more vivid display than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a way greater screen pixels density, a bit bigger display and a way higher 1080 x 2160 resolution.

The Moto Z3 Play has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy J7 V (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Moto Z3 Play also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Moto Z3 Play has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy J7 V (2018) has a bit longer battery duration than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
