Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M51 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the Samsung Galaxy M51 is incredibly newer than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
