Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), having an 81.6 score against 71.9. These phones have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has older 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is an a lot older cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), but Samsung could make it just a bit thinner and a little lighter.
