The Samsung Galaxy Note3 is just a bit better than Galaxy J7 V (2018), having a score of 77.7 against 71.9. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note3 has the older 4.4.2 version and Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo.
