The Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s global score of 71.9. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy S20's construction is newer, a little thinner and just a bit lighter than the Galaxy J7 V (2018).
