The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s 71.9 score. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
