Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S5 is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), getting a score of 80.8 against 71.9. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S5 is incredibly older than Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's construction is somewhat lighter and a little thinner. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has the previous 4.4.2 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

Samsung Galaxy S5 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater screen pixel density and a way higher 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with more RAM and an additional graphics processor.

Galaxy J7 V (2018) features more storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy J7 V (2018) also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 400 GB.
