Xperia XZ2 Premium is much better than Galaxy J7 V (2018), having an 82.2 score against 71.9. Despite being the best we are comparing here, we must highlight that it's also a much thicker and a lot heavier phone. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 4 GB more RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a way better resolution of 2160 x 3840, much more pixels per screen inch and a quite larger screen. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), and although they both have a SD card slot that holds up to 400 GB, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has 3540mAh of battery capacity. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking images or videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way more mega-pixels back facing camera and a way higher 3840x2160 video quality.
