Xperia Z5 Premium is better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), with a score of 79.8 against 71.9. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z5 Premium has the previous 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. Xperia Z5 Premium is an incredibly older cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), but it's just a little thinner and a bit lighter anyway.
