The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is much better than Galaxy J7 V (2018), having a global score of 80.6 against 71.9. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has the previous 11 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is newer than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's thicker and somewhat heavier.
