The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), with a score of 80.5 against 71.9. These devices include Android OS, but Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version, providing the user some nice extra features and enhanced performance. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's design is newer and just a bit thinner than Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s, although it's a little bit heavier.
