Comparison review
The LG G8S ThinQ has an overall score of 82.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy J8's score of 76.7. The LG G8S ThinQ construction is newer and just a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy J8's, but it's a bit heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8S ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy J8 has Android 10 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy J8, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG G8S ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. The LG G8S ThinQ features a brighter display than Galaxy J8, because it has a little larger screen, a way better 1080 x 2248 resolution and a better amount of pixels per screen inch.
LG G8S ThinQ shoots clearer photos and videos than Galaxy J8, because although it has a lot worse resolution back facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy J8, because it has more internal memory and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G8S ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy J8, because it has 3550mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
