Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy J8 is a little bit better than Moto G9 Play, with a 76.7 score against 76.7. Both of these devices include the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both should count with all the same OS features. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy J8 is way older than the Moto G9 Play, it's body is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.

The Motorola Moto G9 Play counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J8. They have 8 processing cores and 4 GB of RAM. Moto G9 Play and Samsung Galaxy J8 feature similar screens, because although the Moto G9 Play has a bit worse count of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a quite larger display and a little bit higher 720 x 1600 pixels resolution.

The Moto G9 Play features slightly more storage for games and applications than Galaxy J8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Moto G9 Play also has an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB. Motorola Moto G9 Play features a very superior battery duration than Galaxy J8, because it has a 43 percent larger battery size.

Moto G9 Play shoots better photographs and videos than Galaxy J8, and although they both have the same video definition and a F1.7 aperture, the Moto G9 Play also has a much larger sensor which gives a much higher image and video quality, a camera in the back with way more MP and better video frame rate.
