Galaxy C7 is a bit better than the Galaxy J8, with a 77.7 score against 76.7. Despite of the fact that Galaxy C7 is extremely older than the Galaxy J8, it's construction is just a little bit lighter and thinner. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy C7 has 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy J8 has Android 10, so it offers some extra features and performance tweaks.
Galaxy C7 features a bit superior processor than Galaxy J8. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores. The Galaxy C7 has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and more pixels per inch of display.
