Comparison review

The Galaxy S6 is better than the Galaxy J8, having an 87.4 score against 76.7. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 has an older 5.0 version while Galaxy J8 has Android 10. Galaxy S6 is an incredibly older cellphone than Galaxy J8, but Samsung made it lighter and thinner.

The Galaxy S6 has a more powerful processing unit than Galaxy J8, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and an additional GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a lot better display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.

Samsung Galaxy S6 has a bit better camera than Galaxy J8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality photos and videos.

The Galaxy J8 features a little bit better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 256 GB. The Galaxy J8 has longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 3500mAh battery size.
