The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro is just a bit better than the Galaxy J8, getting a score of 77.6 against 76.7. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has 12 version and Galaxy J8 has Android 10, giving you some additional features. The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro design is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than the Galaxy J8.
The Galaxy J8 counts with a very superior performance than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Galaxy XCover 6 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy J8, because it has a greater display density, a little bit bigger display and a way higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Galaxy J8 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with a much worse 16 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and video and a much larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro counts with much more storage to install applications and games than Galaxy J8, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. The Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a 4050mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.
