Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J8, getting an 83.2 score against 76.7. Xiaomi Mi 9's body is a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy J8, even though both were only released 8 months apart. Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a little bigger display and a greater pixels count in each inch in the display.
Galaxy J8 features a little bit better memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi 9 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy J8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has more RAM memory.
