Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is somewhat thinner but somewhat heavier than the Galaxy M01, and they were released with only 3 months difference.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy M01, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy M01, because it has a larger screen, a way higher pixel density and a way better 1440 x 3088 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy M01, because it has a much higher 108 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a lot larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited environments and a way better video definition.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a very superior memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M01, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy M01, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
