Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is way better than the Samsung Galaxy M01's 74.7 general score. Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is somewhat thinner but heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M01, and they were released only 8 months apart. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 9 GB more RAM.
