Galaxy S5 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M01, having a general score of 80.8 against 74.7. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S5 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy M01 has Android 11 version. Galaxy S5's body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy M01, despite of the fact that it was released 6 years before.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M01, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), and they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy S5 captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy M01, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also has a more MP back camera, a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher (4K) video definition.
Galaxy M01 features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
