Xperia 1 II has an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy M01, because it has a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840px, a quite bigger display and a lot greater display pixels density. Xperia 1 II counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M01, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia 1 II also has more RAM.
The Sony Xperia 1 II has a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M01, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1000 GB and more internal memory capacity. The Xperia 1 II's battery lifetime is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy M01 one.
