Sony Xperia XA2 Plus is slightly better than Galaxy M01, with a 78.6 score against 74.7. The Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy M01, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and video, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a much bigger sensor which provides a lot better image and video quality and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
The Samsung Galaxy M01 features a little better battery life than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3580mAh.
